Return and refund policy

How Do I Return an Item?

If you need to return an item, you must email returns@elevatepetsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of use are not eligible for a refund. The following products, due to health and sanitation issues if used or opened, are not eligible for refunds: Doggie Dooley products.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our disgression, refuse delivery.

 

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Include the Following with the Return:

  • Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provided you

If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 10% return fee. Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we've received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a store credit to be applied against future purchases.

Items Commonly Not Returnable Due to Sanitary Concerns:


Perishable Items:
Perishable items like pet food and treats are  non-returnable, even if they are unopened.

Condition of the Item:
Opened, damaged, dirty, or clearly used items are not returnable.

Personal Care Items:
Items like dog beds, crates, carriers, etc. are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns

Grooming Accessories:
Items like brushes or combs used on a pet are non-returnable

Items Used by the Pet:
Toys, beds, or other items that have been in direct contact with the pet's mouth or body are not accepted for return due to sanitary reasons

Edible Pet Products:
Pet food, treats, chews, and other consumable items are non-returnable because, once opened, they are considered unhygienic and may pose health risks
